Sinful Surge has been nerfed to 1.5 secs extended instead of 2 secs.Can your guide reflect the change? Is Sinful Surge still best?

The comment about Leaper is inaccurate. The way the SL legendary operates is that it opens up more charges, but they don't start charging until you equip it. This means that you can't 'equip the legendary, leap three times in quick succession, and then switch back to your primary gear' as you will not immediately have so many charges available for use.Comment by ShakeNBakeUK
Sinful Surge is completely busted on Fury, easily 10% better dps than ANY other legendary in both single and multi target (and in reality I'm like 15-20% dps behind on raid bosses as Night Fae). Just non-stop Recklessness = non-stop Rampage = WTFBBQ damage. Raging Blow / Bloodthirst / Whirlwind all hit like a wet noodle in comparison...We are back to 'play Venthyr or get F'd' - AGAIN!

Classic Wow Fury Warrior Best In Slot
With this gear, you want to aim for 26 Expertise, and 100% ArP with the [Needle-Encrusted Scorpion]. I have not included any ICC craftables, but if you do wish to use them, I wouldn't use the leggings. Although the legs are fantastic, the amount of expertise you lose is a lot and unless you can replace that expertise without losing too much ArP then it isn't worth it. Always aim for 5% hit, 26% expertise and soft cap ArP. Read my guide for more info.
